Returnable Items
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:
- in the original packaging
- in the same condition you received it
Non-returnable Items
If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, items are non-returnable/non-refundable
For hygienic and safety reasons all consumable items are non-returnable/non-refundable, even if they are unopened and in their original packaging (e.g. Milbon hair care products).
Return Requirements
All returnable items require:
- a receipt, or proof of purchase (original or copy included within the shipment)
- an authorization code (RMA) issued by us to accept your returning item(s) (write this code on the outside of the shipping carton/box in indelible ink). Contact us to receive an authorization code.
- a shipping carton/box that will maintain the condition of the returned items packaging. (A shipping bag is NOT allowed. The carton/box we shipped the item(s) in, along with its original internal padding, is preferred.)
Returns Evaluation
Upon receiving and inspecting the item(s), and at our discretion, the item(s) may be returned back to you, or assessed a Restocking Fee, if it is:
- not in original condition
- damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part
- shipped to us without meeting the Return Requirements above
- received by us more than 30 days after the purchase date
Refunds (if applicable)
After evaluating the returned item(s) we will send a Notification Email to you stating:
- what item(s) we received from you
- a refund was approved, price-adjusted approved, or rejected
- the reason(s) behind our price-adjusted approval or rejection of a refund
Within 30 days of an approval or price-adjusted approval a refund or partial refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or returned in your original method of payment.
Price Adjustment of Refunds
We sell items in combination packs - 'Combo Packs' or 'Duo Pak' as we call them - that include more than one separately packaged item.
These 'Packs' may; have special pricing, be on sale, or include free shipping, based on their combination status.
There may be instances where you want to return a portion of the 'Pack' order and keep the remaining item(s).
In these instances, we will adjust the price of the item(s) you keep based on the individual item price at the time of purchase, and of any special shipping offer you may have received with the 'Pack' purchase.
We will also do a price adjustment if a Restocking Fee was applied to your returned item(s).
These price adjustments will be summarized in the Notification Email you receive from us.
Exchanges
We approve, or reject, item exchanges on a case-by-case basis. The Return Requirements policy will still apply. Contact us with your particular situation.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping back to you will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for any returned or exchanged item(s) to reach you may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance, there is no guarantee your returned item(s) will be received by us.
