FOR GROOVE HAIRBRUSHES purchased directly from kellielittle.com:



At KELLIE LITTLE, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, please review our return policy below.



RETURNS



We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygeine and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used items.



To inititate a return:



  1. Contact our customer service team @support@kellielittle.com with your order number and reason for return.


  2. Once approved, return the item in its original condition and packaging.


  3.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.


Once received and inspected, we will issuea efund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.



EXCHANGES



We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product or variation. If you wish to try a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.



FOR MILBON GOLD AND MILBON



If you are not satisfied with your order from KELLIE LITTLE, you have 30 days from the original shipped date to bring your unopened or gently used items to the salon. You may be required to show your packing slip or shipping confirmation email for the stylist to process your return. Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded unless your package was incorrectly shipped or damaged.

Products with a restricted return policy:



Please note some items may have a restricted return process. Some products, such as heat styling tools and hair brushes, are ineligible for return or need to be returned through the SalonInteractive Success team. Please check your shipping confirmation email for details on the products you’ve ordered. Please contact Success to inquire about a return.

If you are unable to return your items to your salon and need to return your order via mail, please click below to start the return process. Your shipping costs will vary based on packaging, weight, etc.
